Seeking support takes courage, and you do not have to face things alone. I believe healing happens through connection and self-awareness. I have worked with adolescents and young adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and working through trauma.

Together, we’ll explore the underlying causes of emotional distress, develop healthier coping strategies, and build practical tools to improve focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and relationships. I integrate modalities such as Motivational interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

My priority is to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment! My clients would describe me as direct, solution-focused, yet compassionate and patient.
