I specialize in working with people with various struggles such as trauma (physical/emotional/sexual abuse, childhood trauma, unexpected loss, racism, etc), generalized anxiety disorders, relationship/family issues, parenting skills and problematic sexual behaviors

I help individuals understand their past, feel grounded in the present, and move forward with clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom—always with respect, honesty, cultural humility, and openness.
