My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you can show up as you are and feel empowered to create meaningful change. My goal is for you to have something that you take from each session with an opportunity to practice and build the skill between sessions.

Together we will build resilience, strengthen self-understanding, and move towards a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and fulfilling. Using a blend of cognitive modalities, I will help you understand the interrelations between thoughts, feelings, and your behaviors to regain your power and focus on making impactful changes in your life.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD/trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply trying to find your way through a difficult season, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and begin healing.

I became a therapist because I had no one to guide me when my father passed away unexpectedly at the age of 15. That was the painful catalyst that made me realize my purpose: to be the guide for others that I so desperately needed back then.
