I’m an active, hands-on therapist who believes growth happens through experience. My work blends practical tools with approaches that help people face fears, process painful memories, and build lasting confidence in their ability to heal and move forward.

Our work together starts with what feels safe and doable for you. From there, we’ll explore the patterns and fears that keep you stuck, while building practical skills to help you manage emotions, face challenges, and create lasting change.

While my primary specialty is in anxiety/panic disorders and OCD, I work in a variety of areas, including creative/entertainment/sports professionals, men’s issues, sex/porn addiction, trauma, body and muscle dysmorphia, LGBTQ+ concerns, and anger management.
