Together, we will assess, process and navigate through common issues like family, relationship, stress, work stress, anxiety and depression, emotional regulation, life transitions and much more.

I prioritize relationship building with my clients. Being people-centered, empathetic, caring and authentic are key to building trust with my clients.

I use a blend of CBT, Psychoanalysis, Psychodynamic Theory and mindfulness in my work with teens, adults, couples and families. I support my clients as they work through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity formation.

My heart for people and desire for safety, care, and growth for everyone propelled me to become a therapist. I want to see everyone win!

My office is located in the heart of downtown Montclair. You can grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee before or after your session!

My practice is strength-focused and people-centered. We provide in-person and virtual therapy to people from all walks and stages of life, having a deep desire to support those of Black, African, Latino and Caribbean identities and experiences.
