My clients describe me as warm, welcoming, quirky, loving, available, curiosity, engaging, playful, and blunt. Thinks of me as beautifully human.
I practice gestalt psychotherapy, which is a form of therapy based in the present moment. Together, we will explore how you can authentically communicate your needs by slowing down, reflecting, and facing fears of rejection.
Together, we will explore themes, such as shame, guilt, despair, powerlessness, hopelessness, dread, grief, separateness, chaos, authenticity, and masking as you discover the existential trust to fully live.
I specialize in helping neurodivergent adults who struggle with social ostracism, anger, homophobia, transphobia, and advocating for their needs, all of which manifest as low- to medium support needs autism and learning disabilities.
Having grown up with learning disabilities and inadequate supports, I realized the need to heal myself and others by developing loving relationships.
I offer therapy out of my home, which is a sacred space for members of the neurodivergent community. This sanctuary is quiet, welcoming, and warm.
I, as the founder of Welcome Home Healing, have devoted my life to creating a community based on love, grace, curiosity, and the power of giving. This community is in response to systemic violence, chaos, and separateness that impacts all life.
