My ideal client is one that is curious and ready to love themselves for who they are. Whether suffering from self-doubt, insecurities, perfectionism, people pleasing, setting boundaries, work life balance, executive functioning or family issues.

I became a therapist because:

I want to remove the stigma of mental health being viewed as “unnatural,” – I want clients to seek out help because it’s the “natural” thing to do.
