I have worked with clients in severe emotional distress, and also with clients who just feel a need to "find a new path forward". Many of my clients are survivors of trauma, dealing with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, or grief.

My goal is to help you create the change you need in your lived experience. Therapy is about creating a strong working relationship and I want to get to know you, and help you know yourself more deeply and compassionately.

I am a dedicated clinician and I strive to create a strong, supportive space for clients who are interested in their inner work.

I strive to create a client-centered experience for the individuals and couples I work with. That said, I have worked extensively with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, personality disorders (borderline personality, narcissistic personality), relationship issues, the LGBTQ+ community, and issues around aging.

I find people interesting, and I find there is an element of mystery and magic to the healing process. I also know we have to work to heal ourselves.
