I work with people who feel stuck and overwhelmed in their lives. My clients are parents, professionals, students, caregivers, healers - hard working people who feel like they have done the "right" things and still struggle to feel fulfilled.

I love hearing people's stories, delving into what makes us human, what makes up a good life, and to help others move towards that life themselves.

I offer Telehealth appointments so that my clients can attend therapy wherever they are most comfortable. I also have limited in-person appointments.
