I specialize in working with people who:

I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety and parenting challenges while navigating their own childhood trauma. Often, these clients also struggle with chronic pain, IBS, substance use, obsessive thoughts, and compulsive/habitual behavior.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I know firsthand how childhood trauma causes anxiety, chronic pain, unhelpful habits, and difficulty parenting.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy online via video to increase access for all clients, especially those who have difficulty getting to in-person appointments.
