I incorporate somatic-based techniques into traditional talk therapy, which simply means we may pay attention to how stress or emotions show up in the body and use gentle tools to support regulation and grounding. Creative and art-based approaches are offered as optional tools when helpful, or as an integrated part of your treatment.

I offer warm, collaborative therapy for children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, burnout, neurodivergence, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is relational and somatic-informed, with optional creative tools to support regulation and self-understanding.

I'm no stranger to therapy-I went every week during my teen and early adulthood years. It was the only time of the week where I felt like I was able to express my thoughts and emotions. My therapist showed up every single week ready to listen, provide guidance, and meet me exactly where I was at. That experience taught me that I was meant to be a therapist.
