Something to know about my approach is that I focus on helping you regulate your nervous system, not just talk about your problems. A lot of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves, and together we work on creating a sense of safety in your body first. From there, things can start to shift more naturally.

Together we will build a sense of safety and regulation in your nervous system, so you can feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. We’ll explore patterns that are keeping you stuck, while creating space for new ways of responding. Over time, you may feel more connected to yourself and more in control of how you move through the world.

My clients would describe me as down-to-earth, relatable, and easy to open up to. Our sessions will feel relaxed rather than "clinical" - while still creating space for meaningful growth. They feel affirmed, supported, and able to be fully themselves.

I specialize in working with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally dysregulated, and are ready to feel more grounded and in control of their inner experience. A lot of my client's struggle want tools that actually help them feel different rather than just the understanding of why they feel this way.

I became a therapist because of my own experiences in therapy as a child and teen, where I saw firsthand how impactful it can be to feel supported and understood. That stayed with me. I’m passionate about empowering people to grow into the best version of themselves, and it’s deeply meaningful to do this work—I really love what I do!
