Therapy with me is a place to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with your aliveness. Anxiety, depression, numbness, and grief, are not signs you're broken, they're adaptations that once helped you survive, but now keep you stuck in relational patterns that block your vitality and ability to feel connected to yourself and others.

Gently, and with loving curiosity meet what most needs our attention and care. At its core, my work is about helping you reconnect with what is true, alive, and innate within you—so you can move through the world with greater presence, authenticity, and inner freedom.

Compassionate, wise, present, deep, and intuitive. I've been called magical, funny, and highly sensitive and attuned.

As a yoga teacher I learned and experienced how the mind impacts the emotional, physical, and the spiritual- my work as an RN taught me about the impact of how untended intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief can lead to physical illness. I believe the term body/mind is a false dichotomy. I became a therapist to support true healing.

Healing happens when you’re no longer alone with your experience. Therapy becomes a space for reconnection, integration, and renewed aliveness.
