I enjoy working with different approaches of therapy, based off what a person needs. I have training in mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and MBCT. I will follow the client's lead and focus on getting to the root of the problem and assist in healing.

More about me and my practice:

I have a background in mental health nonprofits, but now I work on an integrated team including a medical provider and clinical supervisors. We all have complementary skills and experiences, which means we get to operate a little bit like a team.
