I desire to provide a person-centered, strength-based approach that empowers clients to discover and express their treatment goals. I seek solutions in the best interests of my client while also challenging them to achieve the best version of themselves. I seek to build trust through a compassionate and sincere therapeutic bond.

I would like to get to know my clients and provide an opportunity for them to get to know me. I want to provide a safe environment free of judgement. I feel it is important to move at a pace that is comfortable for the client while keeping the therapy moving in an overall progressive direction.

My clients describe me as compassionate, understanding, and dependable. My clients know that I will do everything in my power to help them to accomplish their goals and to overcome their adversity. I advocate for my clients passionately and I challenge the limitations they impose upon themselves.
