I use EMDR which focuses on processing trauma so you can return to a state of resilience and health along with inner child work which helps you to develop compassion toward different parts of yourself to feel more content and secure from within.

Gently explore your history to identify areas of hurt and beliefs that may be holding you back. My goal is to help you lessen the impact of trauma, soothe difficult emotions, reframe limiting beliefs, and develop a kinder relationship with yourself.

I am passionate about working with women who are highly sensitive, anxious, and have been affected by distressing childhood experiences feel more calm, resilient, and empowered in their lives and relationships. Healing is possible!

I have personally benefited from therapy and becoming a therapist has allowed me to use my strengths to help others feel seen, heard, and understood.

I offer secure tele-health sessions so you can do therapy in the privacy and convenience of your own home, vehicle, or office.

I have incorporated healing practices in my own life for over 10 years. In addition to training and education, I have lived experiences that can help support you. I also receive on-going training on EMDR and other effective treatments.
