My team and I support clients who are ready to go deeper in their trauma healing. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and spiritual exploration to help you reconnect with your Self and heal the parts of you still holding pain.

First we meet your parts who manifested from your trauma, the perfectionist, the critic, the hustler, the people pleaser, the attention seeker, the overachiever. Then we reconnect with your inner child the one that holds the source of your pain, find healing and slowly unlearn, redefine and reconnect with the true self so they can securely navigate life.

Deeply intuitive, a home for their healing. Many would say I am precise and direct yet gentle and safe. My clients are challenged but held.

I became a therapist because healing in isolation is not the way, I was drawn from a young age to walk along side others holding their pain and guided their healing journey.

I am the Founding Director of Growth and Transitions Counseling. I clinical supervise and train graduate students and clinicians working toward their own licensure. All of my staff are hand picked by me ensuring you are guided and supported with the highest standards.
