I have an eclectic approach to treatment and will personalize your therapy based on your presenting symptoms and your preferences. I use interventions informed by CBT, DBT, narrative therapy and ego state therapy, among others, as well as EMDR.

I work with folks to address recent or past traumas or family issues, relationship issues, emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I also support folks to explore gender or sexual identity as well as gender affirming surgery.
