I specialize in working with people navigating anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, and women’s mental health concerns. I especially enjoy supporting women and young adults who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, build healthier relationships, and feel more confident in the life they are creating.

My practice is grounded in warmth, compassion, and authenticity. As a Dominican therapist, I value the importance of culture, identity, family, and personal experiences in understanding each client.
