My ideal focus is working with adult clients experiencing trauma related to grief, loss, and bereavement, but also help those going through existential and spiritual challenges. Together, we focus on both mind and spiritual healing.

I became a therapist because:

I was drawn to interfaith spirituality and counseling primarily out of a sincere desire to support others facing difficult life transitions.
