I work with adults (18+) who are overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, or self-esteem issues. Therapy gives you the tools to regain balance, conquer obstacles, and move toward healing and resilience.

My personal battles with anxiety and depression inspire me to help others navigate their own struggles, rediscover joy, and grow.
