I’ve always felt there is something so special about supporting someone through the difficult times of their life, helping them process difficult experiences, or helping them to move closer to the life they want to live in a way that they usually can't get from anyone else in their life.

I was born and raised in Rochester, NY. I got both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Rochester. I spent the first 15 years of my career working with Veterans and their families to address issues with PTSD, depression, and anxiety among other issues. I recently started my private practice and am excited about this journey!
