I work with BIPOC, neurodiverse, queer clients, and those dealing with trauma, stress, self-esteem, grief, or anxiety. As a Black, queer woman with ADHD, I am committed to creating a supportive space where you feel seen.

My personal experiences inspired me to become a therapist dedicated to empowering fellow survivors of domestic violence and child abuse.

I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.

I’m a plant lover, vegan, and proud mom of a three-year-old daughter. As the oldest of five, family is central to me. My practice reflects the warmth and diversity of these passions!
