Using somatic (the body) and relational (person- to-person) techniques, I harness the innate wisdom of your mind-body to heal, understand, and connect with yourself.

Together, we'll develop your ability understand/decode your emotional experience, develop self compassion, and ability to connect to your worth. I primarily use emotion- and body-based techniques so that we can understand the root of the challenges you face. We will build a trusting, collaborative relationship for you to gain insight and empower yourself.
