We’ll explore where those patterns began, understand how they may have helped you survive or adapt, and work toward new ways of relating that feel more intentional, authentic, and aligned with who you are today.

My clients describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to—a thoughtful listener who truly gets it. My relational approach creates a safe, judgment-free space where they feel heard, understood, and comfortable opening up about parts of themselves and their experiences they haven’t been able to explore before.

In our first session, we’ll talk about the patterns you’re struggling with now and how they’re affecting your life and relationships. We’ll begin our journey together by exploring where those patterns may have started, what purpose they once served, and what you’d like to change moving forward.

I became a therapist because I experienced trauma in my youth that touched every part of my life. At 16, I found a therapist who helped save my life. I’ve continued doing my own work ever since, using therapy to explore patterns that hold me back and heal generational trauma. That experience shaped the safe, compassionate space I offer others.
