My background in performance, dance, yoga, and mindfulness deeply shapes how I work — with a focus on the body, the nervous system, and the layered stories we carry. Whether you’re coming in solo, with a partner, polycule, or family, I bring a trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-focused approach to support your unique pathway to healing.

Slow it wayyy down. We’ll tune into what your body is telling you, explore the relationships that have shaped you, honor what’s already working, and gently untangle what’s not. I will show up with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your lived experience.

Warm, empathetic, direct, and most of all, human! This will be a space where we celebrate your strengths as often as we focus on how you'd like to keep growing. I’m not here to fix you — I’m here to walk alongside you as you come home to yourself.

Identify as women in communities that are often pushed to the margins, specifically LGBTQIA+ identifying and artists/creatives/performers. Other areas of interest and expertise include: sex, pleasure & intimacy; trauma's impact on relationships; body image, self-worth & embodiment; desire, arousal & relational dynamics; perfectionism, shame & self-criticism.
