I use techniques from multiple modalities, such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, somatic experiencing, internal family systems, intuitive eating, and feminist therapy, while always adding a multicultural and anti-oppressive lens.
We can develop tools to cope with stressors; set healthy boundaries and improve communication to fuel connection; embrace and regulate your emotions; reprocess past traumatic experiences so your body can heal; and strengthen awareness to your body.
