I use techniques from multiple modalities, such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, somatic experiencing, internal family systems, intuitive eating, and feminist therapy, while always adding a multicultural and anti-oppressive lens.
Together we can access tools to help you cope with stressors; set healthy boundaries and improve communication to fuel connection; step into your emotions; reprocess past traumatic experiences; and strengthen your awareness to your body.
I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, self-esteem, grief, women’s issues, communication and relationships, big life changes, among other issues.
I became a therapist after to my own invaluable experiences in therapy.
