I use an eclectic style of counseling. Some sessions are for venting, others are for collaborative problem solving. I believe that my clients are their own best experts on their lives, so I will follow your lead & help you explore your experience!

With a variety of options (video counseling, in-person sessions & even possibly meeting in the Park) we will dive into your thought patterns, examine how they're affecting your emotions & strive for healthy behaviors. I'm big on Deep Breath Work.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with Survivors of Domestic Violence. I also have extensive experience with folks battling mental health issues & situational stressors. I gained my experience at a DV counseling center & at an Outpatient hospital clinic.

I became a therapist because:

I directly saw the various levels of counseling quality as a patient with bipolar one disorder. I knew I could be one of the better counselors.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am willing to be flexible with my clients. We can utilize both video counseling and in-person sessions.
