I always meet the client where they are and work to build a strong relationship through fostering a safe, nonjudgemental therapeutic environment where the client can feel comfortable to be who they are. During our sessions, you can expect a therapist who is responsive, caring, stable, understanding, nonjudgemental, reliable and hopefully somewhat humorous.

I believe that healing does not look one way and "success" does not look one way, so together we will always take the time to explore what your goals are, and why. No matter what we are processing or focusing on, I will support you in your healing momentum.

Authentic, caring, inquisitive, and safe. It can be very difficult to open and process big feelings, and I want you to feel comfortable and open in my space to explore, play, cry, be silly and do whatever. I will bring the best of me so you can bring all of you.

I work with a lot of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ folks, women and young adults, especially with histories of trauma. I also work with a lot of people on issues like identity formation and relationship issues, platonic and romantic.
