My work is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based, helping children, teens, and adults build insight, emotional regulation skills, and confidence to create meaningful change.

Together we will explore what’s getting in the way of feeling your best, build practical coping and emotional regulation skills, and strengthen the tools you need to navigate challenges with more confidence, clarity, and self-understanding.
