My hope is that you leave with more clarity, self-trust, and choice in how you live.

My clients describe me as warm, direct, insightful, and easy to talk to. I’m engaged rather than distant, and I won’t simply tell you what you want to hear. I’ll help you look honestly at yourself while keeping the process human, collaborative, and sometimes even funny.

I became a therapist because I’m fascinated by how people become who they are—and by our capacity to change. Over 18 years of practice, I’ve learned that meaningful change often begins when we can see ourselves more honestly, understand what drives our patterns, and recognize where we have more choice than we realized.

I’ve been a therapist for 18 years and am the founder of The Mindful Map, a private psychotherapy practice serving individuals and couples throughout New York via telehealth. My approach is psychodynamic and relational, with CBT and family-systems perspectives when useful.
