I take a collaborative and person-centered approach, working with you to co-create a space where you feel safe being your full self, unapologetically. I believe that you are the expert of your experience, and my role is to guide you to a deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself and to help you build the skills needed to create the life you desire.

Together we will dive into your lived experiences. Who you were, who you are, and who you want to be. We will create goals together centered around what you want for your life and use your current strengths to reinforce your areas of improvement. But most importantly, we will create a space that is safe, warm, authentic, and non-judgmental to do this work.

My clients would describe me as welcoming, warm, validating, and relatable. I don't believe in removing my humanity from therapy. I react, I show care, and I make sure my clients know that a real human is sitting across from them who feels and cares for the things they share. I believe it is an honor to be on this journey with every single one of my clients
