With a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, I prefer to work with teens and young adults, but am open to ages 13+, navigating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and challenging life transitions.

Of my own experiences with mental health struggles as a teenager. During that time, the support and guidance I received from mental health professionals made a meaningful difference in my life, showing me that change and healing are possible. Those experiences inspired me to pursue this path so I could provide the same hope and support to others.
