Are self reflective, explorative, and goal protected. I work with people who are very motivated, or people who struggle with motivation. Motivation is my speciality as I have researched, and taught in this area.

Supporting a person’s growth is the most satisfying experience. Through the support, there is trust, exploration, and compassion.

I have worked with individuals of all ages, and have thrived with professionals in: tech, healthcare, sports, and arts. I have also conducted research on motivation and exercise. I consider motivation to be a specialty of mine.
