I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation to great work. Once that is built, we work together to understand the immediate needs and long terms goals.

Are self reflective, explorative, and goal protected. I work with people who are very motivated, or people who struggle with motivation. Motivation is my speciality as I have researched, and taught in this area.

I have worked with individuals of all ages, and have thrived with professionals in: tech, healthcare, sports, and arts. I have also conducted research on motivation and exercise. I consider motivation to be a specialty of mine.

We are performance oriented, so the basis is in goal-setting and understanding what one what’s out of therapy.
