My approach is one that focuses on the power of the therapeutic relationship above all else. I blend empathy, warmth, humor, and genuine curiosity to help my clients feel comfortable bringing their whole selves and sharing their stories without fear of judgment.

Identify lifelong patterns, current stressors, and everything in between. Our time together might look different from week to week: unpacking old wounds and doing the impactful trauma work of EMDR one week, working on some concrete skills the next, and then another spent with you just getting everything out that you've been holding in from the week.

Compassionately curious, genuine, and warm. I try my best to show up as my authentic self in sessions, not as a sterile blank slate with no facial expressions.
