My approach is person-center, which means that you are in the driver's seat. I work with an array of modalities that provides me infinite ways to support you. I believe our mind is a powerful thing, which impacts our feelings, thoughts and behavior.

Together we will embark on this journey to everlasting freedom. We will shine light onto the darkness and illuminate the path we embark on.

I specialize with addiction and trauma, but I am not limited to that population. I have worked with people struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, suicidality, psychosis, eating disorders, homelessness, setting boundaries, codependency, court and criminal involvement and familial stressors.

I became a therapist because it gives me great pleasure to be able to facilitate and guide change in someone.

I use zoom as a virtual platform and I accept commercial insurance. I am accepting clients from ages 18+. My goal of my practice is to have warm inviting energy throughout our time together.
