I have a prescriptive ability to alternate between approaches. Generally, I have a Solution-Focused CBT/DBT approach that focuses on processing/regulating emotions, using coping skills, and creating sustainable solutions for your daily life.
Together, we will:
process emotions/traumas, incorporate coping & grounding techniques, and set goals for your ideal future. Sessions often consist of weekly "check-ins", processing current stressors, and implementing ways of gaining the desired outcome.

experience anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions (pregnancy, marriage, divorce, grief, career, education, etc.), and many other symptoms. I adjust my therapeutic approach based on your needs.
