My clients would describe me as warm and nurturing, but refreshingly direct. I am communicative and interactive by nature, and I am not shy about pointing out when words and actions don't quite line up. I do it with care, because I am action-focused and genuinely invested in helping each person move forward.

I became a therapist because I believe challenges are deeply personal and no two people experience them the same way. I wanted to do work that honors that individuality, offering guidance that is responsive, meaningful, and specific to each person I work with.

Diversity and cultural awareness are woven into everything I do, because who you are and where you come from matters deeply to our work together. I take a whole-person approach, considering your emotional experience, physical health, sleep, diet, and the environments around you, as these all influence how you feel and function, and I keep that in mind.
