I am a masters degree trained, board certified, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Through my authentic and warm approach, I strive to create a space where patients will feel like they can be their true selves. I believe in a personalized, holistic and collaborative approach to my treatments and utilize the most current evidence.

I can prescribe medication and offer ongoing medication management, can conduct psychiatric evaluations, and provide short term psychotherapy utilizing CBT, psychodynamic and mindfulness based techniques amongst others.
