Kaitlin Masopust

My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapies. I value ongoing learning and remain committed to staying current with the latest research and therapeutic approaches in order to provide thoughtful, effective care tailored to each individual.

Together, we can identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, build practical tools and help you move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals. I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, authenticity, and compassion. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and truly you.

I work primarily with adults who may appear to “have it together” on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, burnt out, or uncertain about what they truly want from life. They are thoughtful, insightful people who are ready to better understand themselves and create more fulfilling, sustainable lives.

I genuinely enjoy it!

Outside of therapy, you can find me traveling, reading, hiking in the Hudson Valley, long-distance running with a good playlist, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and dog.
