Hi! Welcome to my profile. The first thing I'd like you to know about me is that my therapy style is collaborative. I think of our therapy sessions as working meetings, where I and my client are equal team members. I sprinkle humor throughout so that my clients feel confident enough to experiment with new and healthier ways of thinking.

I provide my signature blend of cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy, while at the same time keeping an eye on concrete goals. Weekly doable goals keep the course of therapy running on track and help my clients feel better more quickly.
