I built this group practice to support students, couples, and professionals during high-pressure seasons, with the goal of helping you gain clarity, restore connection, and trust your ability to move forward.

LLS Therapies is a diverse group practice of eight clinicians serving New York and Connecticut. We offer telehealth statewide and in-person sessions in Greenwich and Washington, CT. Our team is known for warmth, insight, and helping people feel seen, supported, and understood during high-pressure seasons of life.
