I specialize working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and related mood concerns. My approach is values-based and change-oriented approach, helping clients learn the skills to overcome unhelpful thoughts and emotional barriers. I am passionate about helping individuals move toward empowerment and an authentic, values-driven life.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I work with clients to understand the patterns in their thoughts and emotions that contribute to anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck. By identifying patterns and making gradual healthier changes, we work toward living in a way that aligns with your values and what matters most to you.

Clients would describe me as validating and understanding, someone who is non-judgmental and makes them feel truly heard. They often say I’m calm and soothing, creating a relaxed space where it’s easier to be vulnerable. Many also describe me as thoughtful and helpful, offering guidance and skills while respecting each person’s pace and perspective.

I mostly work with clients who feel as though they are stuck in an endless loop of overthinking, fear of uncertainty, and unfulfillment. This typically creates a cycle of avoidance, sitting on the sidelines and taking them away from what they value in life.

My journey to becoming a therapist started with my own experience in therapy. I learned how powerful it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. This inspired me to create that same impact for others to navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strengths.
