I mostly work with clients who feel as though they are stuck in an endless loop of overthinking, fear of uncertainty, and unfulfillment. This typically creates a cycle of avoidance, sitting on the sidelines and taking them away from what they value in life.

My journey to becoming a therapist started with my own experience in therapy. I learned how powerful it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. This inspired me to create that same impact for others to navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strengths.
