My integrative approach blends cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and dialectical behavior therapy techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, and I’m committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported.

I am a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist dedicated to helping people find clarity, confidence, and connection in their lives. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and understood. We’ll explore the patterns and experiences that shape your story and build tools to manage challenges with greater ease.

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples who may be navigating anxiety, addiction, OCD, and/or relationship challenges. I’m especially passionate about working with teens and couples to build emotional resilience, strengthen communication, and create lasting, positive change.

I have seen how meaningful it is when someone feels safe enough to pause, reflect, and be met with empathy rather than pressure to “get over it.” That’s what guided me into this work. I believe everyone deserves a place where they don’t have to explain or justify their emotions.

My goal is to offer a calm, grounded space where you can slow down, explore your inner world, and make sense of what you’re carrying. In our work together, we will focus on understanding yourself more deeply; not to change who you are, but to support you in moving through life with more clarity, emotional honesty, and connection to what truly matters to you.
