I believe that our words have the potential to cause harm and also to heal. I believe that the same is true of our relationships. Therapy is a relationship that heals through patience, warmth, consistency and the bond created between patient and therapist. Through this experience, you will find new ways of being, and relating to yourself and others.

We will find the words to understand your experiences, and gain insight into the ways that old patterns and ways of being have kept you feeling stuck or unfulfilled. My hope is that our work together will help you to feel more grounded, connected, and authentic in your self and relationships.

I am out-of-network with insurance. I provide monthly superbills to submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. I can offer a sliding scale to find a fee that works for you.
