Being deeply known by another is something many of us both desire and fear. Being vulnerable means opening ourselves up to the pain of judgement and risking rejection. At the same time, we offer the most tender parts of ourselves an opportunity to be seen, accepted, and held lovingly. I invite you to reach out and be met with curiosity, warmth, and care.

I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach to help clients understand the 'why' behind their patterns, and reconnect with their autonomy, self-compassion, and purpose at their own pace. I'm trained in cognitive processing therapy enabling clients to reprocess the trauma keeping them stuck without having to "relive" their darkest moments in session.
