I work with adults and elders facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I meet clients where they are, addressing needs and goals at their pace. I provide a safe space for healing, empowerment, and growth.

My own struggles inspired me to become a therapist. I believe in therapy’s power to heal, rebuild strength, and help others live a fulfilling life.

I respect your autonomy and take a non-directive approach, but you won’t feel pressured to lead therapy. There won’t be awkward silences unless needed. In my free time, I enjoy reading spiritual books, biking, practicing yoga, and watching thrillers.
