I implement a unique experience of mental health placing the client as the author of their destiny as I provide assistance in helping them understanding the power of their own will and how it relates to self fulfillment.

In theory the session will include a brief overview of pressing client difficulties, understanding how the client may relate emotionally and psychologically to assist them in effectively executing coping strategies to promote health and wellness.

My clients describe me as; funny, thought provoking, challenging, solution oriented, caring, accepting, and genuine.

I specialize in working with people who have difficulty with expressing themselves to bring about insight, accountability and effective change. I am engaging and detail oriented in collaboratively assisting the client in the journey to wellness.

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to be heard, valued, and accepted. In a world where everyone is judged for something, why not help!

I view mental health therapy/ healing from the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model. A framework observing the whole person and understanding the interrelated impact these factors have on mental health.
