Together we will make sense of why old experiences still show up in your body, your relationships, and your reactions. Using EMDR, a proven trauma therapy, along with talk therapy and body based tools, we'll calm what feels overwhelming, process what's been stuck, and help you feel more in control and more like yourself.

In our first session, we'll talk about what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you want to feel different. I'll ask about your history at a pace that feels comfortable, explain how I work, and we'll agree on first steps. You'll leave with a clearer picture and at least one tool to try right away.

I became a therapist because I've known since I was a kid that I wanted to help people. That calling led me through years of public service, including treating veterans with complex trauma at the VA. Seeing how people heal, even after the hardest experiences, is what keeps me doing this work.
