I aim to cultivate a nonjudgmental environment by using empathy, patience, and encouragement to empower my clients towards healing and self-discovery. I hope to guide clients to a more in-depth connection to themselves and gain more agency.

Learn to manage our symptoms, gain an informed understanding of ourselves, and grow our self-advocacy skills. We can redefine who we want to become without feeling restrained by mistakes, imperfections, trauma experiences, or familial conflicts.

I specialize in working with people who are BIPOC, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, experienced complex trauma, racial/cultural minorities, and immigrant communities. I hope to empower you to advocate for your needs, wants, and personal values.

I know how difficult it is to be vulnerable with a stranger. I hope through patience, compassion, and reassurance, we can feel seen.
