I specialize in working with people who:

I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, and addictions. As a woman of color, I also strive to help clients process trauma around immigration, acculturation, and systemic oppression.

I became a therapist because:

Representation in my field and decreasing the stigma of mental health support in the minority community is vitally important to me.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I'm a member of the Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.

In my practice, I like to make therapy feel more relaxed and less rigid. I provide a space where clients feel comfortable enough to let go and immerse themselves in this experience.
